NERVO are songwriters, producers, remixers, DJs and recording artists. Twin sisters Mim Nervo and Liv Nervo originally hail from Melbourne, Australia and are now based in London and New York. Prior to their music career NERVO were successful models with the Chadwick Models Agency in Australia.
They are best known for co-writing David Guetta's Grammy award winning UK number 1 hit "When Love Takes Over" feat Kelly Rowland which topped both the pop and dance charts in 11 countries
NERVO have also composed for acts like The Pussycat Dolls ("Doll Domination"), Hannah Montana (for whom they co-wrote the title track to the film Let's Get Crazy) as well as numerous Asian artists. Their first big UK hit was for Rachel Stevens - "Negotiate With Love" - which went Top Ten in the UK. Nervo have contributed a number of tracks on David Guetta's album One Love and have also written several songs with Kesha, two of which, “Boots & Boys” and “V.I.P.” are on her debut album “Animal” which reached the number one on the Billboard chart in 2009.
In March 2010 Nervo announced a worldwide recording deal with Virgin Records/EMI, which includes a joint venture to release new artists they discover and produce. They are represented by William Morris Endeavor for their own DJing activities worldwide.
In April 2010 they will release a club orientated single “This Kind Of Love” of their own on UK independent dance label Loaded Records, home to the Freemasons
