The invasion Of... is a 5 piece band hailing from london england. born out of the demise of Dirty Pretty Things, the band was set up by Gary Powell, in early 2009. The band plays an eclectic mix of rock and roll with with inspiration taken from many sources to bring about a unique approach and sound. Whilst Gary Powell is the main contributing composer of the bands music, Robin Coombes lyrical approach is unique and his approach to writing lyrics has brought about an added dimension to the bands already expanded repertoire. The combination of the two writing styles is made more evident by the contribution of members Neil Montier guitar backing vocals, Andre Bayuni bass guitar, Jules Bayuni, keyboards, guitar and backing vocals - who's individual style and attention to detail has assisted in creating a unique style and sound for the band - in fact without the combination of all, The Invasion Of... would not be the band they are.
